Hello and welcome to my #funseekingkids round-up week 33! The past week has been full of highs and lows. My lovely friend had a gorgeous baby girl at the weekend which we were all thrilled about. But since Sunday night Miss Belle has been ill with a cough and temperature. So the past few days we’ve been pretty house bound trying to catch up on lost sleep and resting where we can. I’m now starting to feel under the weather – joy! Kids, hey! We made salt dough on Tuesday whilst we had a day at home and that was a first attempt but definitely something I’d do again. Anyway, onto this week’s round-up. Looks like you’ve all been getting outdoors more than us so I’ve gone with some outdoorsy shots involving some great hats and outfits!
#funseekingkids is an Instagram hashtag set up by me and Alana who blogs at Burnished Chaos. Anyone can use the hashtag when they post photos of kids having fun. Each week we share our favourite four images on our blogs and on our Instagram feeds. If you’re a blogger we’ll link over to your blog too. But don’t worry you don’t need to be a blogger to join in. If you’re new to the community please do share the love and let your friends know, we’d love to see some more feeds join us each week.
#funseekingkids round-up week 33
1. My first choice is from Lucy, who blogs at Real Mum Reviews. Look how cosy and snug this winter coat looks! A beautiful picture – thanks so much for joining us.
2. My second choice involves a spectacular fox hat, coat and wellies combo for playing by the sea which is pretty immense! Thanks to Baby Isabella who blogs at Dear Mummy Blog for this one.
Adventure on the seven seas! 🌊We’re over the moon 👍at the @campbestival festival theme announcement! ⚓️We can’t wait to set sail in 2018. ⛵️For now I will have to make do with the stormy seas of the Solent! 🌧Found an old firework 💥on the beach and using it to catch seaweed! 🐟 #haylingisland #campbestival2018 #coast #pbloggers
3. Next up is this adorable one from Jo. I mean come on, look at that hat! I think I need to up my hat game! You can find out more about Jo at her blog Pickle and Poppet.
Cuteness overload for your Friday evening! I absolutely love her hat and coat which we got from @nextofficial and how cute does she look! She loves spending time outside and the swing is her favourite. The cuteness did not last when it came to leaving and she literally threw the biggest back arching tantrum! Even Reuben was taken aback by it.
Thursdays are Lyra’s long day at preschool which means I get lots of time with my smallest one. Athena is our extrovert in a family of introverts and I’d be lying if I said that that wasn’t exhausting. But on a Thursday morning, when we take the long way home from dropping Lyra off, watching her eyes light up as she ‘chats’ to every stranger we pass is magical.

Finally, I always add one of my favourite photos of Alana’s. I’ve another lovely one of her little girl pulling the cutest facial expression. Apparently her new favourite pastime! And why not!?
So that’s my #funseekingkids round-up week 33. If you don’t follow these accounts already go over and show them some love. Make sure you head over to Alana’s blog to check out her favourite four posts too. Thanks so much again to everyone who’s taken part. Keep tagging your photos of your kids having fun and playing with the hashtag. I’ll see you all next week. x
