#funseekingkids round-up week 26

Hi and welcome back to my #funseekingkids round-up. I hope you’re having a good week. I had a lovely day yesterday. We’re getting ready to head to London for a friend’s wedding, so I had my hair and nails done. But, Miss Belle was sick in her cot last night, so I’m now on edge to see if she’ll be well enough for us to leave her. Hopefully it was just a one off! Anyway, lets see what you’ve all been up to in my #funseekingkids round-up week 26!

If you’re wondering what #funseekingkids is all about, it’s pretty simple really. It’s a new Instagram hashtag set up by me and Alana who blogs at Burnished Chaos. Anyone can use the hashtag when they post photos of kids having fun. Each week we share our favourite four images on our blogs and on our Instagram feeds. If you’re a blogger we’ll link over to your blog too. But don’t worry you don’t need to be a blogger to join in. If you’re new to the community please do share the love and let your friends know, we’d love to see some more feeds join us each week.

#funseekingkids round-up week 26

1. My first pick is from Helen at Treasure Every Moment. This is a beautiful shot of their day out at Rutland Water. I have memories of visiting there with my Nana and Grandad when I was little so this made me smile.

Looking out of the window now you wouldn’t guess this was only yesterday ☔️ I always forget quite how beautiful Rutland Water is ⛵️ We’ve had a ‘stay at home’ day thanks to the weather, so we’ve been baking apple & pear crumble, watched a film, I got some blog posts written during nap time and built yet more towers to be knocked down. I don’t think a day passes without tower building in some form 🙈 Do your little ones have an activity they are happy to do day in day out? . . . #explorerkids #curiouslittleexplorers #littlefierceones #toddlerfun #pbloggers #mummyblogger #freespiritedchildhood #lifecloseup #happylittlebuttons #worldoflittles #freerangekids #littleandbrave #cherishthesemoments #themagicineveryday #awanderfulchildhood #whatevertheweatherkids #wanderlustkids #thatsdarling #clickinmoms #momtographer #momentsoverposes #myfamilyadventures #rememberingthesedays #capturingthesemoments #perfectandproud #watchthemlearn #funseekingkids #vscokids #cameramama #umh_kids

2. Next is this lovely one from Mummy In A Tutu. Miss Belle likes to stop and sniff flowers too, though often she says “pooh it stinks! which is generally her reaction for anything with a strong smell!

3. My third choice is a really Autumnal one from sophyoung86. Surely one of the better things about Autumn is a nice walk through the woods. Thanks very much for joining us at #funseekingkids.

4. And finally sticking with some Autumn feels, here’s a gorgeous one from helsbellesmemoriesandcoldtea. (Still love that Instagram handle!) We’ve not found any conkers yet, but I’m making it a mission to go for a walk and find some next week.

Finally, I always add one of my favourite photos of Alana’s. Her daughter was super chuffed with her BlogOn goodies. I’m gutted I couldn’t make the Xmas BlogOn and see Alana again. We met and hung out all day at the BlogOn conference in May. But hopefully I’ll be able to make the Xmas one this time next year!

So that’s my #funseekingkids round-up week 26. If you don’t follow these accounts already go over and show them some love. Make sure you head over to Alana’s blog to check out her favourite four posts too. Thanks so much again to everyone who’s taken part. Keep tagging your photos of your kids having fun and playing with the hashtag. I’ll see you all next week. x
